  • One-off or recurring sessions, coordinated according to availability

  • 1-on-1 training, or specific programs for groups  privados.​

  • Follow-up of the Professional and Amateur Competitive player program. 

Varies based on desired hours

Monday to Friday, 6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m.

Saturday and Sunday, 7:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Junior = 4 - 13 years old,  Mr.= 14+ years

  • Specific jobs, performance maximization, and stats shots.

  • Physical preparation, Prevention  of injuries, Competitive Monitoring.

  • Medium-High intensity

  • 3 to 5 sessions per week, programming from 1 to 4 weeks.

  • Immersive programs, strengthening sustainable development  and use of metrics.

  • Small groups between 4-8 players per group, divided by ability.

  • High intensity,adjustable for individual level needs.

  • One-off or recurring sessions, coordinated according to availability

  • 1-on-1 training, or specific programs for private groups .
